Greetings to everyone who reads this blog which is certainly very unpopular and empty. Today's post is about my current class,2E-3 of Montfort Secondary School(Singapore) 2008 as well as about our first official "outing" today. First up is some introduction about this class.

Class 2E-3 or 2Express-3 is one of the four classes in Montfort Secondary School(Singapore) following the Express Stream(An express stream in Singapore is a four-year courses leading up to a Singapore Cambridge General Certificate of Education Ordinary-level (O-level) exam.).Most of the students from 2E-3 are actually students who have been promoted from the class 1E-3 Montfort Secondary School(Singapore),excluding some who have been allocated to other streams as well as some foreign and transfer-in students(Transfer-ins in this case refer to the transfer from one instituition to another based on acedemic results or DSA(Direct School Admission) Criteria which I wont be going further into). Our Form-Teacher or main teacher in charge of our Admin/Disciplinary and also our teacher for our Science Subject based on the MOE(Ministry Of Education) system is Mr Azman Bin Hussein. Several achievements by this class includes being champions in an inter-house soccer tornament and raising the most funds for the flag day in 2007 as well as much more.In my opinion,the class 2E-3 may just be the most bonded,humorous and supportive class I have ever been to in my entire schoo career so far. Even though I may not be an "active" member of the team but attending a lesson in school may not seem that mundane and boring with such a class. 1/2-E3 has gone through many trials and tribulations, and has been noted to be the most active and supportive class among our level and have similar views and opinions towards certain situations. Although there may be fights here and there,but at the end it will only add on to our bond.Our form teacher in my opinion is also great,even with some contradictions in his words and sometimes a mistake in his part on the overall I consider him as the best among the form teachers in the Express Stream. Anyway now its the post about the chalet. Today we had registered for a chalet booking at the Aranda Country Club located at the NTUC Downtown East area where most of my classmates will be sleeping overnight(excl. me) from the 29th to the 31st of October for our final celebration. We began by importing foodstuff into the chalet for our Barbeque celebration at night(Barbeque or BBQ is a method and apparatus for cooking food, often meat, with the heat and hot gases of a fire, smoking wood, or hot coals of charcoal and may include application of a marinade , spice rub or basting sauce to the meat.) We later explored our air-conditioned room before most of the group who went for the chalet departed for the "Wild Wild Wet!"(http://www.wildwildwet.com/) which is probably Singapore's only water theme park. I had dubbed it as the "Wet Place" for quite a while as I did not know the exact name of the place and soon it became a habit. I had tagged along originally in a dilemna but eventually I bailed out as personally I hate swimming,in my opinion its just a large crowd of flesh splashing about in a giant bathtub. But thats my persoanl view anyway and I just returned to the room to watch as well as play some Video Games. Soon after we had went for our Barbeque party where some of our more "experienced" classmates did most of the work. We also got to "meet" and "socialise" with some new "friends" from a neighbouring school. But all good things have to come to an end and I eventually left. That would be day 1 of 2E-3'S Chalet Trip.
